Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your shoe, you are able to receive a full refund or exchange for another service.

Refunds: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 3 days of you receiving the product. After 3 days, the most that can be awarded are discount codes. 

*Refunds should take up to 2-4 days to be accredited back to the account. 

Returns: If you were charged for a service different from the one you chose, contact us through email or phone number. This is usually unlikely, but if this issue applies to you, we will take care of it immediately! 

*Clients are responsible for any scuffs, scratches, dirt or grime they apply to the shoe after services. Refunds will not be given for a new damage that occurs. Therefore, clients must reselect a service through the website.

 Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your items. Our shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of your shipping can be deducted from your initial refund.
