1. What payment methods do we accept?
We currently accept payments through Stripe and PayPal!
2. Are we able to clean any type of shoe or fabric?
Yes! While our current categories are cloth, rubber, leather, or suede we have the ability to clean anything! We can also clean other variances of shoes such as cleats, slides or boots.
3. Do we ice soles?
Unfortunately, we do not offer that service, but icing soles will be available soon!
4. What happens if you are not satisfied with the service you received?
That is no problem at all! Contact us immediately via email or phone number, and we will take care of it.
5. Are there services that are not currently available that you recommend?
Email us with your thoughts, and we will work to make them available!
6. What if I caused damage to my shoes after services? Would I be able to get them cleaned through a refund?
Unfortunately, you cannot. Our refund policy states that clients are required to pay for another service to take care of any damage they are responsible for.
